Career Position Overview:

This FT position will be mainly for  service & sales of auto, home, Life, Disability Insurance to existing clients. This position is a career not a job. Existing clients call to add or replace autos and homes. We also have many referrals. You will be trained and work in a supportive, fun and successful team environment and successful sales process. • Manage and retain existing Auto & Home Insurance clients
• Pivot existing clients to personal insurance such as Life, Disability & Critical Illness by scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals.

Requirements:

• Must obtain Alberta Level 1 to modify and sell Auto and Home
• Must have Life & Accident & Sickness Licenses and have proven success selling Life & Living Benefits
• Proven Insurance Sales experience 
• Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferred
• Excellent interpersonal & organization skills with attention to detail
• Good credit with no outstanding collections
• Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
• Proactive in problem solving
• Dedicated to customer service
• Ability to multi-task
• Ability to make presentations to potential customers

Compensation: $43,000.00 to $75,000.00/year with excellent commission program
